Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades invites you to the Annual Red Mass on Tuesday, Oct. 26, at 5:15 p.m. at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart on the campus of Notre Dame. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there will not be a reception following the Red Mass this year. First celebrated in France in the 13th Century, this ancient rite annually asks God’s blessing on all those who serve as lawyers, judges, civil government officials, teachers, and students of the law and political science.
