Walking with Moms in Need is a time of service in which Catholic parishes and communities “walk in the shoes” of local pregnant and parenting women in need. Everyone should know how to help moms in difficult circumstances. While not trying to turn Catholic parishes into pregnancy centers, we can support local pregnancy centers where they exist, and we can also find and share other resources with pregnant and parenting women.

The Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church Walking with Moms in Need group is here to assist any pregnant or parenting mom. We offer loving support, items, resources, and financial assistance to ensure they can care for the children with which they have been blessed. Prayer support, baby showers, and rides to appointments are only a few of the ways we can help. If you are in need of assistance or interested in this ministry please contact us or view our website.

WWMIN Needs Volunteers, Prayer Support and Financial Assistance

Our Lady’s Walking With Moms In Need  (WWMIN) is looking to recruit new members to this ministry.  WWMIN is an organizations created to help bridge the gap between moms in need and services available to them in the community.  During the process, we also offer spiritual and emotional support as we help connect moms to these services. Currently we are also looking for Prayer Warriors who will commit to praying for the moms and their families who come to us for help.  If you would like to hear more about this ministry and ways that you could be involved, please email Jackie at jackieo@olghfw.com or leave a message at 485-9615 ext 104.  If you are able to help with a financial offering, WWMIN is always in need of your financial support as well.  If you would like to support us with a  donation, you can place a check in an envelope marked WWMIN and put it in the collection basket. Thank you.
